  • Time Slot Selection Viewed events pass information about availability the user is seeing in the scheduling app as it loads. Details regarding appointment type, filtering, and availability are captured here.
  • Time Slot Selected events are sent as soon as the user clicks Confirm on an appointment time slot. This event includes the appointment date and time, provider information, and scheduling view being used.
