The Generate Track URL workflow action creates links that fire a Morf Analytics track event when opened — for example, a confirmation link in an appointment reminder SMS or email. When someone opens the link, Morf shows them a simple page: a success page, an optional confirmation page with a button, or an error page. By default these pages use Morf’s branding. Both the language and the branding can be customized.

Customizing the language

You can change the text on the pages yourself, directly in the workflow action’s configuration — no request to Morf needed:
  • Success Text — the message shown on the success page after the event fires.
  • Confirm Text — if set, an interstitial page shows this text with a Confirm button, and the event only fires after the button is tapped.
Both parameters support CEL expressions, so the copy can be personalized per patient or per event.

White labeling the pages

The pages can be fully white-labeled with your organization’s branding. The following are customizable: The card itself stays white, and text colors are fixed for readability.

How to customize

White-label branding is configured by the Morf team. Reach out to support@morf.health with:
  1. Your organization name (and organization IDs, if you know them — staging and production are themed separately).
  2. Hex values for the colors you’d like: brand color, page background, success background, and error background.
  3. Your logo as an SVG or a transparent PNG.
  4. Whether you’d like the “Powered by Morf” footer shown or hidden.
We’ll apply the theme to your organization, and every track link generated afterward will use it automatically. Links generated before the theme was applied keep the default Morf look.
