Setup your Customer.io integration

Connect Customer.io API keys

  1. In your Customer.io environment, navigate to Account Settings > API Credentials. Click Create a Track API Key.
    • Name the key Morf Health
    • Select the workspace to connect with your Morf workflow
    • Click Create Track API Key. You’ll see a site ID and API key generated.
  2. In your Morf admin dashboard, navigate to the integrations page. Click the + Integration button in the top right corner.
  3. Select the Customer.io Track API Key integration. Click Continue.
  4. Paste your site ID and API key. Click connect.
Customer.io API keys must be connected to each environment.
