Setup your Active Campaign integration

Connect Active Campaign API keys

  1. In your Active Campaign environment, navigate to Settings > Developer. Copy your API key.
  2. In your Morf admin dashboard, navigate to the integrations page. Click the + Integration button in the top right corner.
  3. Select the Active Campaign Contact Secret integration. Click Continue.
  4. Paste your API key and click connect.
Active Campaign API keys must be connected to each environment.

Create webhooks

  1. Create your workflow in Morf.
  2. In the workflow viewer, click on the trigger node and navigate to the Connect tab. Copy the Morf webhook URL. This will start with https://api.morf.healthcare/webhooks/
  3. In your Active Campaign environment, navigate to Settings > Developer > Manage Webhooks.
  4. In the top right, click Add a webhook. Select standard.
  5. Configure the webhook:
    • Name the webhook Morf Health
    • Enter your Morf webhook URL as URL
    • Select all lists
    • Select events based on your workflow trigger(s)
    • Initialize From (Source): By a contact, By any user, By the API
  6. Click Save and validate that the webhook is active.
Webhooks must be created in each environment.
